An event studio built around one idea: you should get to enjoy your own celebration.
We plan, design, decorate, cater, and host meaningful events for families and friends across Annandale and Northern Virginia — kids’ parties, adult celebrations, weddings, and cultural milestones — in a space that’s entirely our own.
Who we are
A full-service studio, not just a room for rent.
Most celebrations are stitched together from a dozen vendors — a venue here, a decorator there, catering from somewhere else, and a host of logistics that land on the person who least wants them: you. Premier Planners exists to replace that scramble with a single, coordinated team.
From the first conversation to the final cleanup, we handle the design, the décor, the food and refreshments, and the hosting — so the celebration feels effortless from the inside. You walk in to a finished room and spend your energy on the people, not the setup.

Meet the Founders
Premier Planners is led by Deqa Deria and Hodan Deria, who bring a personal, collaborative approach to every celebration. From the first conversation through setup and hosting, they focus on creating an experience that feels considered, welcoming and true to each client.

Today, Premier Planners welcomes children, adults, families and community groups for thoughtfully planned celebrations in Annandale. From creative birthday experiences and tea gatherings to showers, henna celebrations and Sip and Paint events, each occasion is designed to bring people together with warmth and personality.
