A Bridal Shower Planning Checklist
A calm, week-by-week checklist for hosting a bridal shower the bride will love — without last-minute scramble.

Hosting a bridal shower is a lovely gift — and it’s much easier with a plan. Work backward from the date and tackle a little at a time.
Start with the bride
Before anything else, picture the bride: is she soft and romantic, bright and playful, or quietly elegant? That answer guides the palette, venue, and tone.
The checklist
- 6–8 weeks: guest list, date, venue, budget
- 4–6 weeks: theme, palette, invitations
- 3–4 weeks: food/refreshments, activities, favors
- 1–2 weeks: confirm headcount, gifts area, photo corner
- Day of: arrive early or let your host set up
Don’t forget the moments
Plan for a few photo-worthy touches — a styled table, a floral backdrop, or a keepsake for the bride. If you’d rather not run the day yourself, a hosted shower means you can simply enjoy it.
Let’s plan your celebration.
From first idea to the last detail — we’ll help you make it beautiful and stress-free.
