Packages make planning easier — but only if you compare them the right way. Focus on fit, not just the headline price.
Understand how pricing is expressed
Some packages are priced per person; others show a base price for a set number of guests plus a per-additional-guest rate. Both are normal — just make sure you’re comparing like with like for your headcount.
Match the package to your guest count
Check the included guest count and the minimum/maximum. A package that’s perfect for 8 may not suit 18 — and vice versa.
Read the inclusions closely
- What décor and setup is included?
- Are refreshments part of it?
- Is there an activity or take-home?
- What’s the duration?
- What costs extra?
When to go custom
